Maintenance Requests:

Any maintenance requests can be submitted online in your tenant portal or emailed to connectpmva@gmail.com, for any emergency maintenance issues please contact our Property Manager directly at 434-942-7447. 

Rent Reporting:

Rent Reporting, powered by Buildium, allows property managers to offer their residents an easy, effective, and affordable way to build their credit history by directly reporting on-time, monthly rent payment activity to one or more of the major credit bureaus. This is an optional, fee-based service that residents can easily sign up for and pay for through Buildium Resident Center. Each month, Rent Reporting will automatically report the resident's rent payment activity to the 3 major credit bureaus (Equifax®, Experian®, and TransUnion®) to create a record of credit history.
